I started out with abstract painting because I wanted to show how it felt inside the stormy and emotional me. When I got differentiated and less egocentric I got tired of the abstract and subjective interpretations and realised I want to tell people how it feels inside me and what and how I think about life, from my point of view, and how it feels! I make paintings that are political and autobiographical. Therefore I am working with a queer aspect on life and masculinity. I do all kinds of art with all kinds of techniques anywhere.
Från början var det abstrakt. Hur känns det att titta och känna på allt? Det tog form. Blev figurativt. Det såg ut att titta in och känna på allt. Nu ser det helt enkelt in att titta ut och känna på allt och det är därför jag fortsätter måla. Självutlämnade utveckling är den nya glädjen!
